Nacho Cheese


My brother Blaine showed me this trick years ago. It's not quite the same, but it's close. If you're out of cheese on taco night or if it's late and running to the store for nacho cheese sounds daunting, this is a great option.
1pkg. Cheese Sauce Mix from Mac 'n Cheese
1 Can Evaporated Milk
A big handful of shredded cheese (optional, but better)
Diced  Bottled Jalepeños to taste
Salt to taste

Place powdered cheese, real cheese & milk in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium high heat until it boils and thickens. Add jalepeños and salt to taste. 
You can eat this with corn chips or on tacos.
