Bacon Mushroom Chicken with Garlic Cream Sauce

Sounds way harder than it actually is. One of the easiest dinners I have made in a while & sooooo good. A definite keeper. Not good for the body, but oh so good for the soul!
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast/person
Bacon - 1 or 2 half slices/person (Do not pre-cook)
1 Cube Butter - Melted
2 Cloves Garlic - Minced
Mushrooms - As many as you like

1/4-1/2 C. Heavy Cream

(can't remember exactly how much... I'm sure it doesn't really matter)

Place chicken in oven safe dish in a single layer. Place bacon on top of each chicken breast. Slice mushrooms and spread over chicken. Melt butter and add garlic. Mix and pour over chicken. Bake in a 375* oven for about 25 minutes or until chicken is done through. Remove chicken and mushrooms and pour juices into a small saucepan. Add cream and heat to a boil over medium heat until thickened. Don't forget to stir often!

To serve: Place chicken breast on top of noodles or mashed potatoes (no gravy needed). Add some mushrooms and pour a little of the sauce over all. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! Add a slice of crusty bread & a little asparagus on the side or a lovely salad and you have a restaurant quality meal.
