4 C. Or 14 oz. Whole Almonds
1 & ¼ C. Sugar
¼ C. Water
1 t. Cinnamon
Place almonds on a cookie sheet.
Toast at 350* for 10 minutes.
In a medium sauce pan, combine all of the ingredients, including the almonds. Cook over medium heat until sugar becomes golden & starts to crystallize. Mixture should seem dry when done. This takes about 4 minutes. Pour out onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Let cool. Enjoy!
