I love Costco's Chicken Friers. They are big and plump and a great price and great for a day that I just don't want to cook dinner. I usually just serve it with salad and buttered french bread. I also love it because I can make other things from the leftovers. I will be making Chicken & Dumplings with today's leftovers. I like to take the breast off like this so that it's easier to slice up and serve.
