Pumpkin Seeds

One of the perks of the weather getting colder.
It wouldn't be Halloween without this yummy classic. Ingrediants:
The seeds from all of those pumpkins your kids/grandkids carved.
(Leave them covered in that yummy pumpkin slime)
Kosher Salt
As your carving the pumpkins place seeds in a medium sized bowl.
Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste.
Spread out on a greased cookie sheet w/sides.
Bake in a 400* oven until dry and toasty.
Stir seeds often-about every 5-10 minutes.
