Easy Lasagna

Really Easy and Really Good!
Easily Kaden's favorite meal. I like to double this recipe and freeze one lasagna for a night that I don't want to cook or for an easy meal to take to someone.Meat Sauce
Brown:
½ lb. Breakfast Sausage, Hamburger, or Ground Turkey (Optional)
Add:
About 2 lbs Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (it’s better than Ragu, trust me)

Cheese Filling
Mix together:
24 oz. Cottage Cheese
a generous 2 C. Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
3 Eggs

Package of Lasagna Noodles (9 uncooked noodles)

Layer in a 9x13 pan:
3 Noodles (it's ok that they don't cover the entire bottom, they'll get bigger)
Cheese Mixture (1/3 at a time)
Hamburger Sauce (1/3 at a time)
Repeat

Top with shredded cheese

Bake covered for about 1 hour at 350*
*You can freeze this and bake 1 & 1/2Hours.
